Data Entry/Invoicing Officer

The Iceman Group of Companies is an Australian wide business that provides repairs, servicing and breakdown coverage for the Refrigerated and Trailer Transport Industry. We are seeking a Data Entry Officer to join our team and learn about our business, procedures and develop their problem-solving skills to assist with our business nationally. 

About the Role:

Your key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:

• Entering and checking technician paperwork and jobs to convert to invoices.

• Entering and checking all parts assigned to jobs.

• Maintaining company and customer asset and servicing databases with most current and accurate data

• Producing various reports as required

• Completing various Adhock tasks as required

About You:

You will have a willingness to learn about our business and administration processes. 

In addition to this, you will have the following:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
