About the role

Manage dispensary stock — ordering, receipting, rotation, expiry checks and returns
Handle prescription filing, repeats, deferred scripts and owing scripts
Assist in preparation of dose administration aids as required
Front of shop, you will:
Deliver warm, professional customer service at the counter and on the floor
Assist customers with over-the-counter enquiries, referring to the pharmacist where required
Handle merchandising, retail stock and store presentation
Complete local deliveries to homes, aged care and residential facilities
Selection Criteria:
A warm, professional manner and excellent people skills
Reliability, discretion and genuine respect for patient confidentiality
Previous experience working in pharmacy
Strong attention to detail
Current NSW driver's licence and confidence driving locally for deliveries
Ability to work in a small team and use initiative when it gets busy
Availability to work two Saturdays per month
Completion of S2/S3 pharmacy assistant training, or equivalent (preferred)
Certificate III in Community Pharmacy, or Certificate IV with a dispensary focus (preferred)
Experience with dispensary software (eg Minfos, Webstercare) (preferred)
Benefits
Permanent part time hours with a consistent, predictable roster
Real variety — you will not spend every shift doing the same thing
Work with a friendly and supportive team
