Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about kitchen operations and is looking for a rewarding and positive kitchen environment where you can work closely with world-class culinary experts and develop your own cookery and food prep skills.

Working for Accor at the Qantas Lounge Brisbane, you will work across both the domestic and international airport terminals

Key Responsibilties of this role include:

• Operating high volume dishwashing equipment
• Adhoc cleaning duties back of house 
• Supporting the front of house food and beverage team 
• Cleaning food service items (cups, cutlery, plates, bowls and kitchen equipment from our lounge service points including buffet and A La Carte service
• Working closely with our experienced kitchen team with food preparation
• Adhoc support with our stores team receiving deliveries, arrange stock

Our lounge business operates across morning, afternoon and evening rosters.  

Permanent Part-Time Opportunity up to 38hrs per week. 

This will be 4.30pm-12.30am roster
