Administration Office / Customer Service

Central Coast Sheet Metal and Fabrication is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Officer / Customer Service team member to join us.

·         2 days per week, with additional hours available to meet business needs

·         Must be able to work Fridays

·         No weekend work

·         Immediate start available

·         Located in Gosford

·         Annual Christmas Shutdown (2-3 weeks)

The Role 

·         2 days per week. Must be able to work Fridays. No weekend work.  Additional hours to cover for sick leave and annual leave

·         Initially a casual position with the opportunity to go permanent part time.

·         The role includes invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer service and other duties as required.

Our ideal candidate will have

·         Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

·         Sound problem solving skills.

·         Effective time management.

·         Experience with accounting programs – accounts receivable and payable.

·         Proficiency in MYOB preferred.

·         Accurate basic maths skills.
