Job Responsibilities:

As a Wealth Consultant at Geonet, you will play a key role in driving property investment sales and helping clients achieve their wealth creation goals through our exclusive developments. You will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Consult with Clients: Engage with prospective investors to understand their investment goals and financial capabilities.

• Property Sales & Advisory: Guide clients through investment property options in Bali, highlighting market trends, ROI potential, and financial benefits.

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential buyers through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors, ensuring long-term engagement and repeat Business

• Market Research & Insights: Stay up to date with Bali’s real estate trends, government regulations, and investment advantages to provide expert insights.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Effectively close deals and ensure seamless transactions aligned with client needs and legal requirements.

• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing and financial teams to streamline sales processes and maximize opportunities.

• Participate in Investor “Education Nights” to build investor knowledge and trust to support sales outcomes as well as other events to drive Investor engagement and sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or other related fields (or equivalent professional experience).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property sales, investment products, or other high-value B2C sales.

• Understanding real estate investment principles and financial products (knowledge of SMSFs, investor lending, or wealth-building is an advantage).

• Highly motivated, confident, and results-driven with a consultative sales approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, both over the phone and in person.

• Proficient in CRM systems and digital sales tools.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Comfortable presenting to clients and speaking at small group sessions or investor events.
