Job Description:

Are you a driven real estate professional ready to take the next step in your career? Gorman Commercial is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Leasing Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns

• Source and secure new tenants through targeted marketing and networking

• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms

• Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancement

• Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly

• Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacancies

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial or residential leasing

• A desire to succeed, learn and grow within a team of professionals

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Understanding commercial real estate market dynamics

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Hold an Agent’s Representative Certificate
