Chefs, Cooks, 2nd Year Apprentice

Silica Restaurant is seeking talented Chefs, Cooks, and a 2nd Year Apprentice Chef to join our kitchen team. We are looking for multiple roles for the upcoming busy period.

-Strong understanding of food safety, health and hygiene regulations.

-Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure during service.

-Creative flair and passion for menu development.

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with all team members.

-Support senior kitchen staff and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.

-A passion for cooking and genuine interest in developing a career within the hospitality industry.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, particularly during peak service times.
