Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our Sunshine Coast team.

Working from Baringa Cellarbrations, you'll lead your home store while overseeing and supporting a small cluster of neighbouring Cellarbrations and Bottle-O stores across the Caloundra region. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your leadership experience, develop great teams and make a genuine impact across multiple stores.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Baringa Cellarbrations

• Oversee & support neighbouring stores by developing teams and driving consistent retail standards

• Build a team culture where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work

• Manage rosters, ordering, stock control and stocktakes

• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Maintain exceptional standards across merchandising, presentation and customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous bottle shop management experience in a fast-paced retail environment

• Confidence managing rosters, ordering, stock control and inventory systems

• A leader who people enjoy working with and learning from

• A hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team

• Current RSA and Driver Licence essential

• Availability to work the Tuesday to Saturday roster
