Forklift Driver – High Reach

As we continue to grow, we are seeking reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team. About the Role

Working as part of our warehouse and distribution team on day shift (6:00am – 2:00pm, Monday to Friday), your responsibilities will include:

• Operating high reach forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks.

• Unloading shipping containers and safely handling stock movements.

• Working with warehouse racking systems and storing/retrieving stock from high-level storage locations.

• Ensuring accurate stock placement, replenishment, and inventory movements across warehouse locations.

• Using RF scanners to pick, pack, and process customer orders.

• Performing stock replenishment activities to support production and customer order requirements.

• Assisting with inventory management, stock counts, and stock control activities.

• Supporting general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, stock handling, housekeeping, and replenishment tasks.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.

• Adhering to all Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures.

About You

• A current and valid LF Forklift Licence.

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating High Reach forklifts within a warehouse or distribution environment, including working with warehouse racking systems and high-level stock storage.

• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

• Experience in container unloading, truck loading and unloading, stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock control processes.

• A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability.

• The ability to work independently and contribute to a team-focused culture.

• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekend shifts when required to support operational needs.
