We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Part Time Hotel All-Rounder to work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable.

What will you be doing?

Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in betweenOften be the first point of contact for guests and visitorsShifts in Food & Beverage & Front DeskComplete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to making coffees and snacks from the cafe, delivering food and maintaining guest accountsProvide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all timesEnsure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
