As the Western Australian Government agency providing shared services to the state’s public health system, we provide a suite of financial, ICT, procurement and supply, and workforce services to more than 50,000 employees across WA’s public health services and hospitals.

Your new role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Manager, Organisational Development. 

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment. 

As a member of People Cabability and Culture Business Unit, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing HSS’ People, Culture and DEI Strategy.
• Developing values-aligned programs and initiatives that will build HSS’ desired culture, improve performance and increase the capability of the workforce
• Planning, designing and implementing learning and development programs for HSS employees and leaders, including learning management systems and contracts.
• Developing and managing the performance management, talent management and succession planning frameworks to enable HSS to have the right skilled workforce for the future.
• Developing and implementing workforce planning capabilities across HSS, including identifying future workforce risks, and supporting Business Units to develop and implement solutions to mitigate the risks.

Suitability Criteria: Suitability recognises that there is a range of factors - along with having the skills, knowledge and abilities - that constitute merit. These factors included a person's eligibility, ability to demonstrate the right behaviours, ethical alignment and cultural fit. In addition to the Essential Criteria and Desirable Criteria outlined in the attached Job Description Form, these requirements will also be considered to determine your suitability for the role; 

• Experience with driving Culture change across an organisation with senior leaders.
• Experience with leading future-focussed Workforce Planning with senior leaders.
