1. Position Objectives

The Senior Producer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of complex and high-

profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

standards. This role plays a critical leadership function, bridging creative vision with practical

execution, and mentoring junior team members to uphold production excellence across all stages on

events and exhibitions.

2. Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production of multi-platform campaigns, brand activations, live events,

exhibitions, or digital content from briefing to delivery.

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, client services, and technical teams to align project goals,

timelines, and resources.

• Develop and manage detailed project budgets, schedules, and production workflows.

• Identify and manage risk, proactively solving problems and making informed decisions under

pressure.

• Source, brief, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and production crew.

• Oversee compliance with safety, legal, and contractual requirements.

• Ensure consistent communication with clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties throughout

the production cycle.

• Uphold and enforce creative integrity, brand standards, and production quality benchmarks.

• Lead production meetings, reviews, and post-mortems to drive continual improvement

• Mentor and support junior producers and coordinators in their development and performance

• Participate in and oversee onsite work, including exhibition builds and dismantling phases, ensuring

all work meets schedule and safety standards.

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or

equivalent professional experience).

• 8+ years of relevant production experience in an agency, studio, or events/exhibition environment.

• Proven track record delivering high-value campaigns or productions across multiple formats (e.g.,

video, digital, exhibitions, experiential).

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Plaky, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and budgeting

software.

4. Essential Skills

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), with the ability to work across

multilingual teams and clients.

• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and for prolonged durations when required by

project timelines.

• Comfortable working in onsite environments, including exhibition build-ups and dismantling,

with hands-on oversight when necessary.

• Deep understanding of production workflows, from concept development to post-production and

delivery.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Budget management skills and strong vendor negotiation capabilities.

• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
