What’s the role?

We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from aspiring and emerging commercial bankers who are passionate about helping Queensland businesses grow and succeed.

Based in Brisbane / Mian-jin, Turrbal and Jagera Country, you'll join our QLD Commercial Banking team in a full time role, working closely with Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of commercial customers.

You'll bring strong analytical thinking to the team, helping to assess customer financial performance, prepare credit submissions and support lending decisions. You'll analyse financial statements, cash flow and risk information while contributing valuable insights that help customers achieve their goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in analysis, accounting or finance who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and developing a career in Commercial Banking. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of industries and commercial lending solutions while building the skills needed for future growth opportunities.

What do I need?

• Experience in an analyst, accounting, finance or banking related role

• Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting financial statements, cash flow and risk information

• Ability to turn complex financial information into clear and practical insights

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach

• A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline will be highly regarded
