MR Truck Driver, Hiab Operator (~35-40hrs)

Dinkum Dunnies is looking for an experienced MR Truck Driver to take on a stable, long-term role delivering and collecting portable hire equipment. Enjoy autonomy on the road, flexible 4 or 5 day weeks (35-40 hours), early knock-offs, and a relaxed, respectful workplace where you’re treated with respect (with a healthy sense of humour!).

The Company

Dinkum Dunnies have been in the hire industry since 1985. Our leading product is portable toilets so having a sense of humour is a must! We also hire temporary power poles and showers.

We are a small family-run business with family and mutual respect being our highest priority. Our company focus is building good relationships with our customers and our staff.

The Role

This role is mainly operating our flat bed truck delivering and picking up portable toilets via a hiab. Navigating delivery to construction sites and residential homes. You will also be trained as a back up driver of our pump trucks to service toilets if needed. This includes using a vacuum pump and giving the toilets a clean.

Skills Required

• Safe Driver

• Truck Driving Experience (multi-drop construction a bonus)

• Meticulous & take pride in their work

• Have a minimum MR Truck Licence

• Have a blue or white card

• Experience working with Cranes/HIAB very beneficial

• A forklift ticket or be willing to obtain one
