Territory Sales Manager - Agricultural Machinery

Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd is growing—and so is our Agricultural Division. We're on the hunt for a motivated, self-driven, and customer-focused Territory Sales Manager to join our team based out of Dandenong. If you're passionate about ag machinery, thrive on building relationships, and have a hunger to close deals, this role is your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and manage strong client relationships across your territory

• Proactively sell in house and visit farms/businesses to drive sales and uncover new opportunities

• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and after-sales support

• Use CRM tools to manage leads and pipeline, with full support from the admin team

• Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

Ideal qualities include:

• Proven sales or customer service experience in agriculture, machinery, industrial, or auto sectors

• Strong understanding of Dandenong's farming industry

• Practical problem-solver with excellent communication skills

• Self-starter who enjoys working independently, but thrives in a team environment
