ABOUT THE ROLE

As Finance Officer you will be part of a three-person finance team, so this role requires someone with experience across all aspects of the accounts function. Sharing the role with another Finance Officer you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices and payments. Other key tasks will include reconciling bank statements, expense claims and credit card transactions, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

ABOUT YOU

• Demonstrated bookkeeping skills, including payroll, reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable.
• Demonstrated extensive experience with Xero Accounting software.
• Problem solving skills.
• Process improvement skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
