Experienced Fitter Wanted for Multi-Site Permanent Role

Join our high-performing maintenance team and play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. As a Mechanical/Maintenance Fitter, you will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to minimise downtime, optimize equipment performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant machinery performance across multiple sites. This role requires flexibility to work across our sites located in Carole Park, Hemmant & Yatala.

Shift Requirements:

• Monday to Friday roster (Plus overtime when available)
• Day Shift: Start between 4:00am – 6:00am
• Afternoon Shift: Start between 2:00pm – 3:00pm

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
• Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective, timely solutions
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
• Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
