Registered Nurse | Maroubra

We’re seeking a Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our Maroubra Medical Centre, where you’ll support GPs and patients through chronic condition management and preventative healthcare. You’ll be part of a great, supportive team that values collaboration, culture, and patient outcomes. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare Care Plans and Team Care Arrangements
• Support patients in managing chronic conditions and improving health behaviours
• Conduct health assessments and promote preventative care
• Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
• Manage administrative tasks related to CCM appointments

About You:

• AHPRA registered Enrolled or Registered Nurse
• Prior experience in Chronic Condition Management preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Friendly, proactive, and patient-focused approach
