Retail Store Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)

As our Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while ensuring the store looks spectacular every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

• Leading and motivating the store team.

• Maintaining high merchandising standards and creating eye-catching displays.

• Stock replenishment and inventory presentation.

• Ensuring the store is clean, organised and ready for trade.

• Assisting customers with product advice and recommendations.

• Driving daily store performance and achieving sales targets.

• Is available to work weekends, as weekend trading is an essential part of this role.
