About the role
We are looking for a passionate WHS Facilitator to deliver engaging workplace health and safety training and support to South Australian businesses.

Working as part of our Programs team, this role is key in delivering and growing our WHS training offerings across classroom, workplace and online environments.

Reporting to the Programs Manager, this role combines facilitation, content development and participant support, helping businesses and participants build practical WHS knowledge, confidence and capability.

We are seeking someone who is a confident and engaging facilitator, passionate about learning, and who thrives on building strong relationships and creating positive experiences.

About You
You’re a confident and engaging facilitator who is passionate about helping others learn and succeed.

You’re comfortable working with diverse audiences and delivering engaging learning experiences across classroom, workplace and online environments. You can turn complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand guidance that people can apply in their day-to-day work.

You’re organised, adaptable and customer-focused, with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You enjoy working collaboratively, managing competing priorities and creating positive experiences for participants and clients.

You’ll also bring:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent)

• Relevant WHS qualifications and/or demonstrated experience

• Experience delivering training, workshops and webinars

• Experience developing and adapting training materials

• Strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office, online learning platforms and CRM systems

• A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel when required.
