We are seeking passionate and personable Boutique Sales Assistants to join our Strand Arcade boutique on a casual basis.

This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely loves fashion, people and creating exceptional experiences. You’ll be at the forefront of our brand, delivering highly personalised service, sharing your product knowledge and building meaningful relationships with our clients.

From the first welcome through to thoughtful follow-up, you’ll help create an elevated boutique experience that keeps our clients coming back.

Working collaboratively with the team, you’ll contribute to achieving boutique sales goals while bringing energy, warmth and a strong commercial mindset to every interaction.

This role is available for immediate start.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create exceptional client experiences by placing the customer at the heart of every interaction and consistently looking for ways to exceed expectations.

Deliver personalised styling and considered product recommendations, using your understanding of our collections to create confidence and connection.

Build and nurture genuine, long-term client relationships, including thoughtful follow-up and clienteling.

Contribute to boutique sales performance by confidently applying strategic selling techniques and identifying opportunities to maximise each client interaction.

Represent MANNING CARTELL as a true brand ambassador, embodying our aesthetic, values and service philosophy with professionalism and poise.

Maintain a strong understanding of our brand story, collections, purpose and direction, bringing this to life through every client experience.

Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to deliver an exceptional boutique environment.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is warm, confident and naturally engaging, with a genuine passion for fashion and people.

You will bring:

Previous experience in luxury retail, Australian designer fashion or a premium customer service environment highly regarded

A naturally welcoming, polished and approachable presence

A genuine passion for luxury customer service and relationship building

A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets

A passion for styling, fashion and creating personalised client experiences

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidence, professionalism and the ability to represent a premium brand with poise and authenticity

A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute beyond the immediate role
