You will work alongside our Regional Medical Coordinator, Dr. Colin Smith, the recipient of the RDAT Rural Doctor of the Year TAS 2024. Colin is passionate about helping doctors find their niche and providing a supportive framework where you can exercise true clinical independence.

The Perks:

Permanent or FIFO Flexibility - We understand that one size doesn't fit all, so we offer two distinct pathways:

Option 1: Permanent Residence

• Exceptional Earnings: Total package value of $490,000 per annum, including in-clinic earnings (~$300k) and a VMO rate totaling $110k/year.
• Housing & Car: A generous House & Car package (valued at $60k) plus an attractive sign-on and relocation bonus.
• Government Incentives: MMM6 & DPA location—eligible for significant moratorium reductions and various procedural/rural grants.

Option 2: FIFO Package

• High-Yield Blocks: Based on a 2-week on-site rotation.
• Earnings: A 12-day block package is $23,800, totaling $309,400 per annum (based on 13 rotations).
• Roster: A sustainable 1:2 roster during your 2-week on-site block.

Skills & Experience

• Fellowship: FRACGP or FACRRM with Specialist Registration (AHPRA).
• Clinical Readiness: Current ALS2 or REST certification for hospital participation.
• Spirit: An autonomous clinician who enjoys variety and is eager to work within a supportive framework designed to help you settle into a new community.
