We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our Skinstitut team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Managing Director of Skinstitut, you'll lead the brand's marketing strategy across all channels and markets, driving brand growth, commercial performance, customer engagement, and market expansion.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and execute Skinstitut's marketing strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Drive brand growth and commercial performance through integrated, customer focused marketing initiatives.
• Own brand positioning, identity, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Lead end-to end campaign development, from concept and creative briefing through to execution and performance analysis.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar across brand, product, and commercial
• Oversee digital, social, influencer, and content strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Lead marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring strong go-to-market outcomes.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, L&C, and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships that enhance awareness and credibility.
• Own the annual marketing budget, monitor ROI, optimise investment, and provide performance insights to senior leadership.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Coordinator while fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.

What You'll Bring to the Team

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior marketing role
• Demonstrated experience as a Head of Marketing for a fast-paced market leading brand that operates across multiple countries
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive commercial outcomes
• Proven experience managing brand, campaign and product marketing initiatives
• Strong experience across digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing and eCommerce activities
• Demonstrated experience leading product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable return on investment
• Proven experience managing agencies, external partners and cross-functional stakeholder groups
• Experience leading and developing team members
• Experience working in a beauty, skincare, wellness, retail or consumer goods business is preferred but not essential
• Franchising business knowledge and experience is preferred but not essential
