We are partnering with a market-leading supplier to the commercial construction sector to appoint a General Manager for a key Victorian operation.

Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will take full ownership of a substantial business unit, leading operations, commercial performance and strategic growth. You will be responsible for driving accountability across the organisation, developing high-performing teams, improving systems and processes, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. Equally, you will bring the commercial acumen to navigate complex contracts, manage risk and build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
