AMG Auto Body is opening a new prestige-focused smash repair facility in Castle Hill, with the workshop scheduled to open in Q4 2026.

As an established operator in the smash repair industry, this will be our third repair facility, and we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Automotive Spray Painter to join our new team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business from the beginning of its newest location, while working within a company that understands the importance of quality workmanship, professionalism, customer service and attention to detail.

Work on a wide range of prestige, luxury and late-model vehicles, with a strong focus on delivering quality repairs and exceptional finishes.

Before the Castle Hill workshop opens, successful candidates will undertake an induction and familiarisation period at Hornsby BMW Bodyshop, gaining valuable experience within an established prestige repair environment.

Work with quality equipment, modern repair processes and a team that takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.

We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Is trade qualified with proven automotive spray painting experience
✔️ Has experience in smash repair and automotive refinishing
✔️ Produces high-quality finishes with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Has strong knowledge of colour matching and blending
✔️ Is reliable, professional and takes pride in their workmanship
✔️ Works well independently and as part of a team
