Marketing Coordinator

About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, versatile, and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to support ESY Sunhome's brand development and daily business operations in Australia, based at our Sydney office.Working closely with the local sales and marketing teams, this role will support marketing execution, local content creation, customer engagement, and business coordination activities. The position will assist with social media operations, customer project case studies, industry events, and local market initiatives.As part of a growing Australian team, this role will also provide sales and operational support, including customer communication coordination, lead management, internal coordination, and general office support to help drive smooth business growth.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment, is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, and wants to gain broad exposure across marketing, sales, and business operations within the renewable energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content SupportSupport daily operations across local social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels.Assist in creating localized marketing content, including basic copywriting, graphic materials, photos, and short videos.Coordinate with HQ marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support local marketing campaigns.Monitor local market trends and provide feedback to support Australian market development.Customer Case Studies & Field MarketingCoordinate with customers, installers, and partners to develop project case studies and real-world application content.Accompany sales and technical teams on customer site visits to capture photos, videos, and marketing materials.Support the development of local customer stories to enhance ESY Sunhome's brand presence in Australia.Events & Market ActivitiesSupport the planning, preparation, and execution of local trade shows, exhibitions, partner events, and promotional activities.Assist with event materials, coordination, and post-event follow-up.Support local brand awareness initiatives and market development activities.Sales & Customer Engagement SupportRespond to customer and partner inquiries, collect relevant information, and coordinate follow-up with appropriate teams.Support sales teams with lead organization, customer information management, and basic follow-up activities.Assist with customer communication and cross-functional coordination between sales, technical, and HQ teams.Business Operations SupportSupport daily office operations and internal coordination to ensure smooth Sydney office activities.Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and internal communication.Provide general operational support as required in a growing international business environment.
About YouBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media operations, business coordination, or related roles.Experience in B2B, renewable energy, solar PV, battery storage, electrical products, or technology industries is preferred.Experience working in a small business, startup, or fast-growing company environment is a plus.Hands-on experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.Basic photography, video shooting, and content editing skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese is highly desirable for communication with HQ teams.Proactive, adaptable, and execution-oriented.Comfortable communicating with customers, partners, and internal teams.Willing to visit customer sites, attend events, and support different areas of the business.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Rights & LocationFull, unrestricted Australian working rights.Based in or near Sydney and able to work from the Sydney office 5 days per week.
