About the role
BigginScott Stonington are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic property manager for our busy rental department.
We have removed all the tedious parts of property management, so the majority of admin related tasks are completed by the support team and cloud-based systems to make everything a lot easier.
The role involves:
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Complete repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI’s with rewarding remuneration.
- Opening properties for prospective Renters
- Conducting Routine property inspections
- Completing Ingoing inspections
- Completing Exit inspections
- other miscellaneous appointments
- Administration tasks/Office assistance

Skills & Experience To be eligible for the role, applicants must possess the following:
- Current VIC Drivers License
- Current Agents Rep and up-to date knowledge of the legislation
- Good computer/IT skills
- Preparedness to learn
- Good team player
- Ability to work both supervised and unsupervised
- Good organisational & time management skills
- Property Me experience is advantageous
- At least 12 months experience running your own portfolio
- Salary Negotiation based on experience and skills
