We are a collaborative organisation of administrators, scientists, nurses, and businesspeople who are all dedicated to continually expanding our services. Currently in Australia, we run 43 Fertility Clinics, 7-day hospitals and the Virtus diagnostic service. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding accounts, follow up overdue balances and support effective debt recovery.

• Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment options and payment plans with professionalism, empathy and respect.

• Maintain accurate account records and ensure recovery processes and procedures are followed.

• Assist with collection, aged debt and performance reporting, including maintaining dashboards and tracking team performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve billing, reporting and recovery processes and support projects as required.

• Provide professional and responsive service to patients, doctors, clinics and internal teams.

• Handle enquiries and difficult financial conversations calmly, clearly and respectfully.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies relating to privacy, safety, quality and compliance.

• Identify and report issues and contribute to a positive, safety-focused workplace culture.

• Take ownership of responsibilities, follow processes and contribute to achieving team and business objectives.

• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable, debt collection, finance administration or a similar role.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisation and time management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.

• Experience with finance ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, Oracle or similar is desirable.

• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.

You will work closely with the National Recoveries and Collections Manager, Accounts Receivable and Finance teams, clinic teams, Business Managers and Line Managers.

Work-from-home flexibility may be available once the successful candidate has demonstrated confidence and capability in the role.
