Brand iQ Sales Manager - Eastland/Pacific Epping

Why This Role Matters

A unique opportunity exists for a Sales Manager to join our Brand iQ Alternative Income team. The role will be based out of Eastland and/or Pacific Epping Shopping Centres, and working within the friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing sales skills and experience as a relationship manager, to grow within a successful company.

What You’ll be Doing

• Drive income from all Pop Up Retail & Media elements
• Identify business opportunities to increase revenue to the business
• Account management and maintenance of relationships with Pop Up Retail and Media
• Manage administrative and procedural requirements
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on commercial outcomes
• Assist with the preparation of annual business plan and budgets
• Seek out information to determine business trends and potential opportunities
• Implement and advocate adherence for all company policies
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide comments on the results

What You’ll Bring

• Shopping centre experience is preferred but not essential
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong account management, business development and sales skills
• Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration preferred, otherwise willing and able to obtain one post hire
