Senior Clinical Nurse

The difference between a client staying safely at home and ending up back in hospital often comes down to one thing: the clinical judgement behind their care. That's you.

As a Senior Clinical Nurse with our Veterans & Aged Care team, you'll lead the clinical side of in-home care — hands-on enough to step in when it matters, senior enough to set the standard for everyone around you. It's complex, it's fast-moving, and the outcome is simple: clients living safely and independently, for longer.
  
What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting RNs, ENs, support workers and admin staff to deliver safe, person-centred care
• Conducting clinical assessments and building or reviewing individualised home care plans
• Stepping in with direct nursing care and clinical guidance for clients with complex health needs
• Coordinating with GPs, hospital discharge teams and funding bodies to keep care outcomes joined up
• Keeping a close eye on quality, risk and compliance — including incident management and complaints resolution
• Managing rostering, delegation of care, and the smart use of resources and consumables
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training so your field staff are set up to succeed

You're the right person if...

• You're a Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration
• You hold a Bachelor of Nursing qualification
• You've built real experience in community nursing, home care or complex clinical settings
• You lead with confidence and know how to mentor and grow the people around you
• You hold a current Driver's Licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check
