We require a customer focused New Home Advisor to hit the ground running and be the go to expert in the Mornington Peninsula. Full time role, Thursday to Monday

Based in our beautifully presented Rye display home situated opposite Port Phillip Bay, show off our class-leading design and our quality product to any customer that walks in the door and enjoy multi-million dollar views from your desk! On display is our Artisan 56 with Pacific facade from our prestigious Designer Range of homes.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Qualifying leads and guiding clients through the exciting journey of building their new home from enquiry to contract
• Managing both walk in and remote enquiries to convert high volumes
• Delivering standout customer service by balancing budget, lifestyle, and timelines to achieve the needs of differing customers
• Building strong networks with land agents, developers, brokers and community partners
• Managing the full sales process and ensuring paperwork is clean, complete and timely; and
• Taking pride in your display and being the go to expert for the region.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in new home sales, real estate, property, ideally in Knock Down Rebuild
• A motivated and results driven sales professional
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Confident building relationships and generating referrals
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A strong communicator who can connect with a broad range of customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; and
• Available to work weekends, public holidays as part of a Thursday to Monday roster.
