Synergie Australia is seeking an Administration Officer for a temp-to-perm opportunity located in Epping.

• Employment Type: Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Fully onsite with parking available
• Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, with flexibility available for the right candidate

What you will be required to do:

You will play a key role supporting the day-to-day administration and operational needs of the business. This role will suit a bubbly, energetic and people-focused person who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable learning new systems, while assisting internal teams with coordination, documentation and basic social media updates.

• Provide general administrative and operational support across the business
• Assist internal teams with administration, coordination and document preparation
• Use internal systems for operational and compliance-related activities
• Maintain accurate data across internal systems
• Learn backend system functionality, integrations and processes
• Support compliance administration and reporting requirements
• Assist with producing, formatting and checking professional documents
• Post and update basic social media content, approximately once per week

• Have excellent attention to detail and presentation standards
• Communicate professionally and confidently with colleagues and stakeholders

• Be adaptable, personable and willing to assist wherever needed
• Have Microsoft Word skills and an interest in using AI tools to improve efficiency
• Be interested in developing a long-term career within the business

Highly regarded:

• Experience in project administration, contract administration or coordination
• Exposure to operational, compliance or enterprise systems
• Previous experience in administration, operations support or business support
• Interest in service operations, compliance, administration or business support
• Recent graduates with strong initiative and learning agility are encouraged to apply
