Solution Designer

Detailed Job Description Mandatory hands-on development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and modern backendapplication development.  Strong experience in designing and developing Microservices-based applications, including RESTful APIs, service orchestration, API security, and scalable distributed systems. Strong hands-on experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL/Oracle), including datamodelling, stored procedures, complex SQL queries, and performance optimization. Strong hands-on experience in React JS, JavaScript/TypeScript, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development. Experience working across the full technology stack, including React JS, Java, Spring Boot,Microservices, REST APIs, SQL databases, Kafka, and Cloud-native applications. Strong understanding of event-driven architecture, Kafka topics/listeners, asynchronous messaging, and integration patterns. Experience with containerization and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift,AWS/Azure is preferred. Strong knowledge of software design principles, design patterns, performance tuning, scalability,security, and best coding practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical designs, architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and business stakeholders. Strong learning mindset with the ability to stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
