Dispensary Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dispensary Technician to join our friendly Spring Hill Pharmacy team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of pharmaceutical products. We specialise in Fertility, Macular Degeneration, Oncology, Compounding and other unique clinical services across Australia.

You will need a blend of technical skills, administrative tasks, and customer interaction and have availability for 5 days per week: Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing Technician:

Accurately dispense pharmaceutical products and medications under the supervision of a pharmacist

Participate in various tasks such as inventory management, data entry, and customer support.

Maintain proper inventory levels and organise the pharmacy stock.

Assist in managing medication orders and prescriptions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and customers to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent 

• Pharmacy Cert III

Skills and Experience:

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organisational and time management skills

• Must be able to work autonomously.

• Can work under pressure.

• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and learn on the job.

• A customer-focused mindset and a passion for helping others.

• Adept at working collaboratively in a team.
