Female Disability Support Worker Contractor – 4 Days per Week | Penrith & Earlwood

We are seeking an experienced and reliable female disability support worker contractor to support two participants, one based in Penrith and the other in Earlwood.

Hours & Pay

• 4 days per week
• 6 hour shifts
• 3 weekdays + Saturday
• Approximately 24 hours per week
• $45–$65 per hour contractor rate, depending on the day/shift and experience
• Consistent ongoing work

Duties may include:

• Community access and social participation
• Transport to appointments and activities
• Assistance with day-to-day tasks
• Supporting independence and engagement in the community
• General disability support based on each participant’s individual needs

Requirements:

• Female applicants only due to participant support requirements/preferences
• Active ABN
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Australian driver’s licence
• Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
• Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance
• Relevant disability/support work experience
• Reliable, professional and respectful

Rate: $40–$65/hour
Hours: 24 hours per week
Schedule: 3 weekdays + Saturday, 6 hours per shift
Locations: Penrith & Earlwood
