About the Opportunity

Humero Recruitment Partners partnering with a well-recognised and fast-growing Australian entertainment organisation to recruit a Financial Accountant for a permanent, full-time role based in Brisbane's inner southern suburbs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CA/CPA qualified finance professional to step into a broad role within a dynamic, multi-site business expanding. You'll enjoy genuine ownership across financial reporting, compliance and leadership within a high-energy, people-focused organisation with a strong brand presence across the country.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting commercial decision-making across a growing, multi-site business.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver accurate monthly management accounts and statutory financial reporting across multiple sites
• Oversee financial controls, compliance obligations, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management to inform strategic decision-making
• Supervise and develop junior finance team members, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture

About You

• CA/CPA qualified or working towards
• Proven experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
• Experience within a multi-site, hospitality, or consumer-facing environment highly regarded
• Strong technical accounting knowledge across reporting, compliance, and month-end processe

• Permanent full-time role in Brisbane's inner southern suburbs
