Due to continued growth, Vinnies is looking for a People & Culture Adviser to play a key role in supporting our people to thrive. As part of our People, Culture and Safety directorate, you'll partner with leaders across the organisation to provide practical HR advice, coordinate the employee lifecycle, and help deliver initiatives that strengthen our workplace culture.
This is a true generalist role where no two days are the same. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, and organisational development, you'll work closely with leaders and colleagues to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practice.
