Key responsibilities

• Engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to provide expert advice and service.

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining a positive and approachable attitude.

• Ensuring the store is always at its best - organised, clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

• Handling inventory and restocking, making sure products are displayed to maximise sales.

• Contributing to a high-performing team environment by supporting colleagues and mentoring others.
