Do you have a passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer service? HUGO BOSS are seeking Seasonal Casual Sales Consultants to join our Outlets and Stores in Melbourne during one of the most exciting times of the year. As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating memorable shopping experiences, building meaningful customer connections, and driving sales while representing a globally recognised premium fashion brand. With HUGO BOSS proudly serving as the Official Lifestyle Outfitter of the Australian Open, there's never been a more exciting time to join our team.

These Casual opportunities will run from October 2026 to March 2027, with the potential for ongoing employment based on individual performance and business requirements. We are seeking passionate, reliable, and flexible retail professionals who can commit to the season and are available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods.

What you can expect:

• Providing a premium customer experience while building genuine customer relationships
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Supporting in all merchandise related processes, including stock management and loss prevention
• Maintain energy, adaptability and a customer centric mindset to a fast-paced retail environment during peak trading period

• A customer-first mindset with experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Passion for fashion and a curiosity to build expertise across our product range
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• A proactive approach, taking initiative to support your store team
• Flexibility to work from October 2026 to March 2027, including Black Friday and Boxing Day.
