We are seeking an enthusiastic, relational and highly capable Deputy Principal to join our growing leadership team. The successful applicant will be a visible and positive leader who builds strong relationships with students, staff and families and is committed to creating a culture where high expectations and student success are at the centre of everything we do.
We are looking for a leader who is energetic, collaborative, solutions-focused and passionate about making a difference. Most importantly, we are seeking someone who wants to be part of building something special and contributing to the continued growth and success of Collingwood Park State Secondary College.
About Us:
Collingwood Park State Secondary College is a growing, vibrant new secondary school located in the heart of the Ipswich corridor. Established in 2025, the College is building an exciting new school culture, with a strong focus on high expectations, positive relationships, student achievement and creating opportunities for every young person to thrive.
As the College continues to grow towards its full capacity, this is an exciting time to join our leadership team. Our growing enrolment, expanding facilities and development of Years 7-12 provide an opportunity for leaders to help shape the future direction of the College and leave a lasting legacy.

About the Role:
This is an opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic leadership team and contribute to the continued development of a new school. The successful applicant will bring strong instructional and organisational leadership, a commitment to developing staff capability, and the ability to lead strategically while remaining highly connected to the day-to-day experiences of students and staff.
