We have more than 15 main sites, including hospitals, centres and clinics that provide comprehensive care from welcoming newborns to supporting older people and a full range of services in between.

Bayside Health was formed following the merger of Alfred Health, Bass Coast Health, Gippsland Southern Health Service, Kooweerup Regional Health Service and Peninsula Health on 1 January 2026.
The Team & Role
The Infusion Centre delivers a range of same day services such as blood and iron infusions, medication infusions, small procedures such as bone marrow biopsies. The service operates from 0800 - 1630 Monday - Friday and is closed on public holidays. There is a capacity of 10 recliner chairs and 2 beds plus seating capacity for transiting patients. Currently there are approximately 250 patient contacts per month.
The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for overall leadership and management ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient centred care, and management of risk. Key responsibilities include the coordination of referrals, managing service demand efficiently and supervision of nursing, clerical and PSA staff.
