THE OPPORTUNITY 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team based in Hawthorn, VIC as an Account Manager. Working closely with clients you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive local, national and international growth. You’ll manage key client relationships, identify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategies, while collaborating with specialists across paid media, creative, web development and strategy to deliver measurable results. 

ABOUT YOU 

● 2–3 years’ experience managing Meta and Google advertising within an agency or business environment 
● Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid advertising and campaign performance
● Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships 
● Strategic and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and reporting skills
● Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
● Results-driven, with a focus on client retention, portfolio growth and delivering measurable outcomes 
● Quick learner with a genuine interest in AI and emerging digital marketing trends
● Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, Google Analytics and SEO will be highly regarded
