This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 21 hours/ week, and will be based in Dubbo
- Availability to work Monday – Tuesday, and the third day can be negotiated

About you in the Role
As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the backbone of our PSP program, ensuring smooth operations by handling essential administrative tasks and supporting caseworkers in the field. Your role will include:
• Administrative Support: data entry, supporting financial processes, preparing documents and taking meeting minutes.
• Reception & Liaison: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries, liaising with service providers and contractors.
• Event & Meeting Coordination: Setting up and scheduling meetings, booking travel, and organising program-related events.
• Fleet & Safety Management: Overseeing program vehicles and processing logbooks.
• Office Management: Maintaining office systems and handling general administrative duties as required.
