All about us:
Located on beautiful Lake Macquarie, Toronto Private Hospital, is just a short 30 minute drive to Maitland, Central Coast and Newcastle. The hospital has undergone a significant expansion to become a 105 bed Rehabilitation, Medical and Mental Health Hospital.
About the Program:
Our New Graduate Nursing Program is designed to allow novice nurses the ability to transition from students to employees with the support of senior clinicians, our interdisciplinary team and management. The program aims to build upon confidence and skill set to develop and empower novice nurses to build a successful and long career in nursing.
As part of our program you will be supported with education, competency assessment and mentoring with an individually focused approach.
On completion of the program you will have gained skills in a Medical and Rehabilitation clinical areas and have the foundation to further develop your career and explore opportunities for further study.
We pride ourselves on developing future nurses that excel in their chosen fields.
All about you:
You will need to have met the requirement or working towards registration as either an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) prior to commencement date.
Be enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills and want to provide the best patient centred care possible for our patients.
