Sales Administration

Keep Moving is a well-established, locally owned and operated Northern Territory business, established in 2006, with branches in Berrimah and Alice Springs. Keep Moving provides excellence in assistive technology equipment solutions to hospitals, primary health care clinics, aged care facilities, disability, and rehabilitation sectors, and individuals requiring assistive technology and support.

About the role

This is a full-time Sales Administrator position supporting the sales team in a customer-focused environment. You will handle product enquiries, prepare quotations, process sales orders, manage customer communications, and ensure accurate record-keeping across all client and equipment details.

Key responsibilities

• Answer product enquiries from clients via incoming calls, emails, and in-person showroom visits

• Prepare quotations and follow up on quotes

• Process sales orders and schedule delivery

• Invoice customers and process supplier invoices

• Procure items as required

• Manage and respond to emails in the sales email inbox

• Action and follow through with client requests

• Work alongside other members of the Sales team

• Ensure all client and equipment details are correctly recorded in the system

• Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients

About you

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Excellent excel, word and outlook skills

• Can problem-solve in fast-paced environments under pressure

• Have the enthusiasm to learn and acquire new skills and information regarding Assistive Technology

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to triage priorities

• Willingness to go above and beyond and not limit themselves within their job role

• A calm and empathetic approach to customer service

• Strong computer literacy

• Maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance

• Maintain a current Working With Children Check – Ochre Card

• Maintain a current manual driver's licence

• Maintain a current NDIS Workers Clearance
