Medical Receptionist Casual

South Lake Family Practice is currently seeking a casual receptionist to join our team. Previous medical receptionist experience is beneficial.

Qualifications & experience

• Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Greeting patients upon arrival. Answering & Directing phones call appropriately / Dealing with telephone enquiries from other health care providers.

• Ability to work to a flexible roster including Saturdays and Sundays.

• Provide administrative support to doctors and management.

• Minimum 12 months' experience in General Practice preferred.

• Excellent computer skills. Ability to multitask, reliable and punctual.

• Medical software experience required for effective patient management and administrative duties.

• Experience and Knowledge of Best Practice software preferred.

• Job Type: Casual.
