Cooee is Perth's iconic riverside destination, welcoming guests from morning coffee through to sunset cocktails and evening dining. We honour the Western Australian landscape and create memorable experiences from sunrise to late night.

We're looking for a talented Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead a high-performing kitchen team.

About the Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the delivery of exceptional food, maintaining high standards, and developing the team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support daily kitchen operations and service delivery.

• Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are met.

• Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen administration.

• Coach and develop kitchen team members.

• Maintain food safety and WHS compliance.

• Support events, functions and seasonal menu delivery.

• Act as Head Chef when required.

What You'll Bring

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef de Partie or similar.

• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.

• Experience leading and mentoring kitchen teams.

• Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

• A positive, collaborative approach and passion for hospitality.
