Education Specialist Partnership Manager – Remote

Summary:

As the Partnerships Manager – Education Specialist, your role will be to build, support and grow meaningful partnerships with schools, education networks and workplaces across Australia, while providing educational expertise that strengthens Australians Together’s work with teachers and educators. You’lldraw on your classroom experience and deep understanding of educator practice to help teachers confidently embed First Nations perspectives into their classrooms.  

You’ll facilitate Australians Together’s workshops in schools and workplaces. You’ll also build the capability of other Partnership Managers by equipping them with knowledge, skills and confidence to understand educator needs, speak about our education offerings, and consistently deliver workshops that reflect the Australians Together approach and values. Your relationship-focused approach, strong facilitation skills and commitment to shared learning will help school leaders and educators engage with Australians Together’s resources, and take practical steps towards deeper understanding of Australia’s shared history. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow key partner relationships, with a focus on schools and education networks.
• Identify and build new relationships with schools, education networks and key partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and educational initiatives.
• Facilitate education workshops and training sessions to promote partnership engagement.
• Support and training of internal team to build capability and confidence.
• Stay informed about trends in the education and training sector to inform partnership strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the education sector.
• Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and collaborations.
• Strong understanding of the education and training landscape in Australia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
