CHANEL is now recruiting for an ambitious and proven 2IC to join our David Jones Adelaide counter.

As a member of a successful and committed team, you will be a highly motivated, energetic and vibrant individual with a passion for beauty.  You will be responsible for providing a range of services including make-overs, makeup lessons, skincare and fragrance consultations and promotional activities.

You will be dedicated to engaging the customers of today and tomorrow by providing unsurpassed service to all clients while ensuring the high image standards of Chanel are adhered to in the at all times. Your ability to recruit new customers to the business and passion for growing and developing lasting client relationships will ensure your success.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following attributes;

• Strong retail operational skills with at least two years' experience in a management role, within the beauty and fragrance industry.

• The ability to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets and drive your team to success

• The ability to support, lead and inspire, creating a strong and motivating culture of high performance

• Outstanding personal image and presentation standards in line with Chanel guidelines

• A focus on the delivery of a luxurious client experience and the ability to develop a strong loyal client network

• A high degree of professionalism and maturity in all areas of business.
