With exciting renovations underway and further venue acquisitions across Carina Leagues Club Limited, we're expanding our hospitality team and looking for Superstar Gaming Hosts and Bar Attendants who are passionate about delivering great experiences.

If you're an experienced bartender who loves connecting with guests, or a gaming professional who understands the importance of exceptional service and compliance, we want to hear from you.

• Deliver exceptional customer service within our gaming lounge

• Provide beverage service from our dedicated Gaming Bar

• Process Keno transactions accurately and efficiently

• Assist members and guests with gaming machine enquiries

• Build genuine relationships with our members and regular guests

• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment

• Support AML/CTF and licensing requirements

• Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, RSG requirements and Club policies

This may be in one our Bars or working within the gaming room.

• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests

• Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks

• Provide Keno service and process transactions accurately

• Operate POS systems and handle cash and electronic transactions

• Maintain clean, organised and well-presented bar areas

• Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team

• Ensure RSA and RSG requirements and Club policies are consistently followed

We're looking for people who:

• Have a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service

• Have previous gaming and/or bar experience - highly regarded

• Are confident, friendly and enjoy connecting with people

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bring a positive attitude and strong team focus

• Are reliable, professional and well-presented

• Are available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Current RSA and RSG certificates are essential. - Need to Renew? We can help!
